Reservations and acceptance
1. To request room availability use the availability request form from our website.
2. Upon receipt of the request, we reply within 24 ours with an e-mail notification of room availability where we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the case of non-availability.
3. To make a reservation simply reply with an email to our availability communication.
4. The room is confirmed only with the sending of an email confirming the reservation containing the data of your stay in the B & B and the price.
5. Rooms and studios are assigned on the day of arrival at the time previously agreed with the guest and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
6. Upon arrival each guest must show a valid identity document for the purposes of legal obligations; otherwise it can not be accepted.
Prices and methods of payment
1. Prices are meant for room and night and include taxes and self-service Italian breakfast (we leave the equipment and the guest arranges himself).
2. Prices include consumption of water, electricity and electricity, daily cleaning / tidying of the room or studio (except for the cooking / dining area in the studio) and change of sheets and towels every 3/4 days, use of the car park ‘open unguarded and use of the pool from June to late August (on opening days from 9.30 to 19.00).
3. Prices do not include any supplements required (eg extra linen change, etc.) and services provided by the sports complex (pizzeria, restaurant, tennis, soccer, etc.). The studios do not include tablecloth, napkins and kitchen towels.
4. Use of tennis courts and 5-a-side football pitch provides for payment of services at the Tennis Club reception.
5. The price of the rooms varies according to the period, the type of room, the number of occupants and the type of service requested.
– to guests for continuations longer than 15 days;
– for children and young people under the age of 12;
– to guide guides of our guest groups;
– for extended stays for work.
6. The price of the stay is the one we communicate in the email accepting the booking.
7. With the confirmation of the reservation we ask, as a warranty, a deposit of 30% of the total amount. These data are not used to make a charge related to the cost of the stay, but only for collection of any penalty due for cancellation or reduction of stay.
8. The price of the stay will be paid by bank transfer, cash or bank check.
1. The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org at 3382295287 as soon as possible.
2. You can cancel it free of charge within 3 days before your stay. Otherwise guests pay 100% of the first night.
