The
prices for B&B solution include: accommodation,
italian selfcontained breakfast ( we provide everything
necessary for our guests to organize and cook their own
breakfast), cleaning, change of linen (sheets and bathroom
towels) every three days, use of car parking not guarded and use
of swimming pool ( from June to 31 august).
The
price of the rooms varies according to the chosen period of the
year, to the type of room, to the number of occupants and to the
services required. Discounts are applied:
To
groups of 10 or more people.
To
guests booking for 15 or more consecutive days.
To
babies or children under 12 years old.
To
guides accompanying our guest groups.

RENT
RULES FOR THE ROOMS AND CONTAINED FLATS

The rooms and
self-contained flats will be at guests disposal on the day
of arrival at the timetable previously agreed with the host
and
must be left by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Water and
electricity are included in the price. Also daily cleaning (except
kitchen-corner),
change of sheets and bathroom towels on arrival and in the
middle of the week and
italian self-service breakfast are included.

Table-clothes
and kitchen-towels are not provide.

If
you want to play tennis and football you must pay at the
reception of Tennis Club.
WAY
OF PAYMENT

For the
concerning information the payment modalities to contact the
manager through mail.

Prices
do not include supplementary requests such as extra change
of linen etc and
the services distribute from the Sporting Club (football,
tennis, pizzeria, etc.)
